Migraine Map is a private symptom journal and a personal information tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend specific medications or doses. Trigger correlations are user-specific statistical observations derived on your device using a simple lift-ratio model — not a diagnosis and not a generalised claim about migraines. Always consult your healthcare provider before making decisions about your headache care.
Migraine Map is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
Migraine Map Pro is sold through Apple's StoreKit. Refunds are handled by Apple — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
Migraine Map Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription (US$7.99 / month) and a one-time lifetime unlock (US$79.99). The monthly subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or circumvent the app's StoreKit in-app purchase system, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Migraine Map is for general informational and personal-tracking use only.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the app if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Lumenly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute.
